Job seekers must complete AIDT training designed for each company to be considered for employment. Lear Corporation, a new Montgomery manufacturer of automotive seats, is seeking second shift assemblers. Mando America in Opelika, and ATS/Stahlschmidt&Maiworm in Auburn, are both seeking production operators. Mando America is also seeking quality control technicians and CNC machinists. Toledo Molding and Die, Inc., in Elba is also seeking production operators. AIDT training applications are available at Alabama Career Centers located at 1060 East South Boulevard in Montgomery, at 2300 Frederick Road in Opelika, at 312 West Gate Plaza in Andalusia and at 2021 Boll Weevil Circle in Enterprise.
